The Following Occurs Before Construction Begins:
- You pre-qualify for a loan with our
in-house lender or
other approved mortgage lender.
- You select a house plan.
- You obtain written credit approval from your
lender. This will set your plans in motion.
- You attend a pre-build conference with the
superintendent in charge of maintaining the schedule
and quality of your home. You and your
superintendent will review the plans to ensure
everything in our agreement has been addressed.

After the pre-build meeting, your plans will
be submitted for a building permit.

As soon as the building permit is
available, the construction process will begin.
Week 1 of Building Project
Choose paint, brick, and roof colors.
Week 2
Choose lighting, flooring, and hard
surfaces.
Weeks 3 - Through Closing
Bring your Camera! Your home will unfold
quickly before your eyes.
A Few Days Before Closing
Meet with your superintendent to do a
final walk-through of your home.
Closing
Our internal tracking agent will
ensure that all is ready to close on time.
Sign papers at title company.
