additional 6 months' peace of mind. Our warranty team is
dedicated to correcting any deficiency that may surface
in your home. Holton Homes schedules two courtesy
inspections with you during that period.

10-Year
RWC Warranty
Each
home purchased from Holton Homes is backed by a major
structural warranty for a 10-year period. Issued through
the Residential Warranty
Corporation, this warranty is
only available to builders who meet their standards.
This
long-term protection is provided for your added
protection and peace of mind, and because it is
transferable, may boost your resale value.
